New build

From an empty plot to a finished building: we deliver new builds of every kind across the greater Munich region — from the slab to the plastered shell, optionally up to turn-key handover. Own team, clear planning, one point of contact throughout.

What we deliver

  • Foundations and slab (concrete and masonry work)
  • Masonry in lime sandstone, brick or Poroton
  • Reinforced concrete slabs, ring beams and stairwells
  • Roof construction coordinated with the carpenter
  • Internal and external plaster, screed
  • Coordination of all follow-on trades (electric, plumbing, heating)
  • Hand-over as shell or optionally turn-key

03 — Extension & expansion

Extension & expansion

More space without moving out. An extension is often the most economical solution when your home gets too small. We design and build expansions that integrate seamlessly with the existing structure — clean craftsmanship, structural checks, on schedule.

04 — ETICS facade insulation

ETICS facade insulation

An External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS / WDVS) is one of the most effective ways to permanently lower heating costs. It improves the indoor climate, protects masonry from moisture and gives your façade a fresh, modern look — with state subsidies on top.

When is this for you?

  • Your heating bills have risen sharply in recent years
  • Your façade is uninsulated or the insulation is dated
  • The GEG requires an energy upgrade upon change of ownership
  • Façade paint is flaking or shows algae growth
  • You want to modernise the look of your building
  • Walls feel cold in winter (thermal bridges)
  • You’re planning to sell and want to improve the energy certificate

What we deliver

  • Advice on optimal insulation thickness (60 – 200 mm)
  • Installation of the full ETICS system per current GEG
  • Corner and edge protection profiles, window-sill profiles
  • Reinforcement mesh and mineral base coat
  • Top coat in your chosen finish (smooth, structured, scratch coat)
  • Plinth waterproofing and base detailing
  • Scaffolding, clean-up and disposal included
  • Support with BAFA and KfW subsidy applications

05 — Full refurbishment

Full refurbishment

When a building needs to be renewed from the ground up, a full refurbishment is the right path. We handle complete strip-out and rebuild — new electric, plumbing and heating through to move-in-ready interiors. All coordinated, all from one source.

When is this for you?

  • The building is fully outdated and should be renewed from the ground up
  • Electric, plumbing or heating no longer meet current standards
  • The floor plan should be fundamentally restructured
  • After water damage, fire or severe mould
  • You’ve acquired an older building and want to make it move-in ready
  • Piecemeal renovations would cost more than a full refurbishment
  • You want every trade cleanly coordinated from one source

What we deliver

  • Strip-out: removal of non-load-bearing walls, old floors and cladding
  • Survey and coordination with structural engineer
  • Wall breakthroughs, new layouts and openings
  • Shell additions, floor slabs, screeds
  • Coordination of electric, plumbing and heating trades
  • Drywall, plaster, tiles, floor coverings
  • Doors, windows and internal stairs
  • Move-in-ready hand-over on the agreed schedule

06 — Floors & tiles

Floors & tiles

Whether stand-alone or as part of a larger refurbishment: we lay tiles, do screed work and waterproof wet rooms to spec — DIN-compliant, precisely crafted, in close coordination with your wishes.

When is this for you?

  • Old floors are damaged, unsightly or simply outdated
  • Bathroom, kitchen or hallway should be re-tiled
  • A code-compliant waterproofing layer is needed in wet areas
  • Screed work is part of a new build or renovation
  • Old grout is cracked, leaking or unsightly
  • You’re renovating and need professional floor laying

What we deliver

  • Tile work in ceramic, porcelain and natural stone
  • Full bathroom re-tiling (walls and floor)
  • Wet-room waterproofing per DIN 18534 (composite seal)
  • Cement and anhydrite screed (incl. heating screed)
  • Floor prep and substrate levelling
  • Grout repair, silicone joints and waterproofing transitions
  • Laminate and vinyl on request
